Terms of Use
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Use describe the rules for using the Ligress Inc. website, submitting requests, communicating with the company, and receiving consulting and administrative support related to company formation and post-formation matters in the United States.
1. Parties and acceptance
By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a consultation, communicating with Ligress Inc., or paying for services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
“Ligress Inc.”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ligress Inc. “Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person or business using the website or requesting services.
If you act on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to provide information and request services for that person or entity.
2. Website use
The website may be used to learn about Ligress Inc., review service information, submit requests, ask questions, and contact the company.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, spam-related, or harmful activity, and not to interfere with the website’s normal operation.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove any part of the website at any time for technical, business, compliance, or security reasons.
3. Service information on the website
Information on the website is general and may not reflect every detail of your specific situation, selected state, company structure, timeline, government fee, or third-party requirement.
Examples, prices, timelines, guarantees, and descriptions shown on the website are intended to explain the service model and may be clarified during communication before work begins.
4. Requests and consultations
When you submit a request, we may contact you using the details you provided to clarify your situation, answer questions, explain available options, and discuss the next step.
A submitted request does not automatically create a service agreement, reserve a deadline, or guarantee that a specific filing, state, structure, or result is suitable for your situation.
Work starts after the scope, price, payment terms, timeline, required information, and service conditions are agreed.
5. Scope of services
Ligress Inc. provides consulting and administrative support for entrepreneurs who want to form or maintain a company in the United States.
Depending on the agreed scope, services may include consultation, collection of required information, company formation support, preparation and organization of documents, EIN-related support, registered agent coordination, post-formation guidance, and support with related administrative questions.
The exact scope is confirmed individually. If a task requires a third-party provider, registered agent, accountant, tax professional, attorney, payment processor, government office, mailing provider, or another specialist, we may help coordinate the next step.
6. Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, including names, addresses, contact details, business details, ownership information, selected state, intended activity, and any other information required for the agreed service.
If information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or delayed, timelines and results may change.
You agree to notify us promptly if any information changes before or during the service process.
7. Documents and review
You are responsible for reviewing information, names, addresses, spellings, business details, documents, forms, drafts, confirmations, and instructions provided to you.
If you approve information or fail to correct an error before submission, additional corrections, amendments, refilings, state fees, or third-party fees may be required.
8. Prices, fees, and payments
Website prices may show the base cost of our service. The final cost may depend on the state, company structure, urgency, required documents, government fees, registered agent fees, payment processing fees, mailing fees, third-party services, and post-registration tasks.
Before work begins, we clarify what is included in your case and what may be billed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before work starts. Delayed payment may delay the start of work and expected timelines.
9. Government fees and third-party costs
Government fees, registered agent fees, payment processor charges, mailing costs, certified copies, apostilles, professional fees, state fees, and other third-party charges may be separate from the Ligress Inc. service fee.
Third-party fees are controlled by the relevant provider or government office and may change without notice.
10. Timelines
Estimated timelines depend on the selected state, government processing speed, third-party providers, payment status, document availability, and your responsiveness.
Any timeline mentioned on the website or during communication is an estimate unless a specific written commitment is separately agreed.
Delays may occur because of government workload, additional checks, missing information, payment issues, holidays, technical problems, third-party delays, or changes in requirements.
11. Refunds
If the company is not filed and formed for reasons depending on Ligress Inc., Ligress Inc. refunds 100% of its service fee.
Government fees, registered agent fees, payment processor charges, mailing costs, and other third-party payments are not refundable unless the relevant provider or government office refunds them or unless we separately agree otherwise.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the agreed scope, the work already performed, the reason the service was not completed, and payments already made to third parties.
12. Communications
By submitting your contact details, you agree that Ligress Inc. may contact you by phone, email, messenger, text message, or other communication channel you provided.
Messages may relate to your request, consultation, documents, payment, service status, follow-up questions, and related service information.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details available and checking messages related to your request.
13. Third-party services
Some parts of the process may involve government agencies, registered agents, payment processors, mailing providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, accountants, licensed professionals, or other third-party services.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, prices, timelines, privacy practices, and requirements.
14. Compliance and restricted requests
Ligress Inc. may decline, pause, or stop work if a request appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, unlawful, misleading, sanctioned, prohibited, or inconsistent with applicable requirements or internal compliance standards.
You agree not to use the website or services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, illegal activity, identity misuse, false filings, or misleading business activity.
15. Intellectual property
The website design, text, layout, graphics, brand elements, and other website materials belong to Ligress Inc. or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, scrape, or use website materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
16. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how cookies, analytics, and advertising tools may work on the website.
17. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided based on available information, agreed scope, and applicable procedures at the time of work.
Ligress Inc. does not control government decisions, state processing speed, third-party providers, banking or payment platform decisions, tax consequences, regulatory changes, or client business outcomes.
18. Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid to Ligress Inc. for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold Ligress Inc. harmless from claims, losses, costs, penalties, and expenses arising from inaccurate information, unauthorized requests, misuse of the website or services, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.
20. Changes to these Terms
Ligress Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date indicated above.
Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
